WARNING: att considers lapdock a COMPUTER..when phone is put on unit, att considers its use as tethering..unless on wifi (then it is free)

meh, maybe if lapdock wasnt nearly $500 might look into this more..nah, fuck that….I DONT WANT A LAPTOP/NETBOOK!!! thats why i have tablet…get bluetooth and now use ipad as phone…its smaller than carrying around a briefcase, planner, portfolio…

The laptop dock for this will be expensive, but i reckon 6 to 8 months after its release, u’d get other companies making similar docks for compatible phones and they’ll be way cheaper
This phone is way better then the iphone. The only thing apple iphone has going for it is that its a pop culture icon.
apple should replace the macbook with a dock for the ipad, and the ipad as a dock for the iphone…
that way you don’t need to pay for 3 separate computers, only different mediums for one…
I really like this idea. The problem i have with the iphone and ipad is one doesnt replace the other. Im not going to carry an ipad around if i want to listen to music and the iphone doesnt have the battery life to sustain playing a movie and calling and texting all day. This basically puts the two together. Great idea.
I’m not impressed I rather buy the iPad 2 or a actual comp……phone wise…even tho it’s a dual core…its not very smooth, battery prob sucks…iPhone is already better

@howlbigbadwolf Not really, the Nokia N900, and the N8, both beat this “superphone” by over a year, and almost 7 months respectively.
@codymannthedestroyer The phone is essentially free if you bundle the phone and laptop. Both together are $500 if you do it this way. If you get them separately, it’s $700 for the pair.
